Return Policy

I accept returns. If you are unsatisfied in any way with your purchase, please send it back within 3 days of receipt for prompt processing. Refunds will be processed to your Paypal account, but I cannot refund shipping costs, however. The buyer is responsible for safe return of work and return shipping costs.

Additional Policies

I will be happy to ship any items as gift to any where and will include a note for you!

You will not receive exactly the same item as the image; the form, the glaze and the color scheme for glazes will be the same but not the identical item as the image. If you want to see the images of the item you will receive, I would be happy to send you the images.

I apologize that I do not take any custom orders at this point.
